We do have capital punishment but Governor Inslee put a hold on it a few years back and now he is working to get the Legislatures to ban it all together. Grrrrr!!!!

Heard on the radio this morning that legislation is going through the Utah leg. to ban capital punishment.
AZ has the death penalty, 1865 – First known execution in Arizona, Dolores Moore hung for murder.
Thought it was interesting that in the AZ Territory, a WOMAN was hung for murder.
