Like, for example, free speech as addressed in the First Amendment. Anyone is always free to say just about anything they may want to, but this in no way relieves them of the RESPONSIBILITY for the consequences of that freedom of speech.
Shouting “Fire!” in a crowded theater may well lead to consequences that vastly compound the effects of the presence of that fire, even if one actually exists.
Freedom without responsibility is a curse.
Nobody gets to require anything of me to exercise my rights. I can be responsible without anybody’s approval. I don’t care what you or anybody else thinks of that. BTW, the “shouting fire in a crowded theater” thing is pretty irrelevant. You might want to look into the history behind it.
