The reason for a Special Counsel is that the prosecutor in office would not be able to prosecute his or her boss. These indictments do not have that situation in place, so it is still a hoax. That’s because there wasn’t and still isn’t a criminal investigation against the Attorney General’s boss.

Because the absolute necessity of a special counsel to investigate the corruption in the DOJ and FBI is becoming apparent to every honest person, the GOP Establishment and defenders of the DOJ like McCarthy are setting up the argument as why there should NOT be a special counsel to prosecute McCarthy's old pals like Comey.

This spin that the Special Counsel should not be thought of as founded on the phony allegations in the Steele dossier, but is merely a counterintelligence investigation of Russia is intended to protect the swamp dwellers from being held to account for trying to come after President Trump on the basis of a dossier they knew was phony.

We didn't NEED a special counsel if his job is simply a counterintelligence investigation against Russia. We already have people in the DOJ, FBI and CIA paid to do that.

What this means is that swamp is nervous that their fake Russia/trump collusion story is daily being exposed as a DNC/FBI operation. Mueller had to indict some Russians for making Facebook posts to cover their butts...Russians who will NEVER see trial to prove or disprove the indictment because they’re in Russia. The noose is closing but not on Trump. It’s closing on the swamp who made up the Russia/Trump collusion story to justify spying on a candidate for President of the US.
