Special counsel indicts 13 Russian nationals in Russia investigation

The Justice Department on Friday indicted 13 Russian nationals and three Russian groups of violating criminal laws with the intent to interfere with "with U.S. elections and political processes", according to agency.

According to the agency, "the indictment charges all of the defendants with conspiracy to defraud the United States, three defendants with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud, and five defendants with aggravated identity theft."

The indictment says that some defendants "communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump campaign" without revealing their association with Russia. The indictment also says the defendants posted negative information about a number of candidates during the last general election.

"Defendants operations included supporting the presidential campaign on then-candidate Donald J. Trump and disparaging Hillary Clinton" his Democratic rival, according to the indictment.

I can’t say I’m surprised. I’m wondering what the MSM will do when the underlying documents, including the FISA application and the transcripts of the hearings, etc., are released. Will they ignore them? They will likely have to say something about it at some point, so they’ll default to Plan B: Report the story when the Dems launch their propaganda campaign calling whatever has just come out lies.

I tune in CNN just as a parlor game to see what disinformation they are peddling. They went almost wall-to-wall with the Porter firing for days on end. These are the same people who did not find it necessary to make Obama answer why he lied about the Internet video causing the Benghazi attack, not to mention where Obama was on the night of the attack. Panetta later testified under oath that Obama left the Oval Office around 5:30 ET and never called back as those heroes fought on the rooftop asking for back-up. The MSM has lost all sense of professionalism.

At no time did he infer that there won't be future indictments...in fact I felt he went out of his way to send the message that this is not over yet. But maybe that is just my hopeful interpretation."

Well, I can understand that certain people, given a job with no accountability and an endless supply of money, would draw it out as long as humanly possible.

Of course, that’s also the fault of the administration for GIVING them all that.
