No offense to any school teachers here on FreeRepublic, but there's no getting around the fact that people who pursue careers in education are often the dumbest professionals you'll ever meet. It should come as no surprise that our schools are ill-equipped to deal with anything that involves even an ounce of initiative and responsibility.
Public schools, by and large, are basically dull sheep raising another generation of dull sheep.

Schools of secondary educators can’t help in a way that the preacher and evangelist could.

Never preapogize for speaking truth. Thats a proggie thing.
Besides being dull, they are highly, highly indoctrinated, from PBS through pubic school through teaching college through NEA. And they are mostly unaware of it. The ones that do know, keep quiet to keep their careers.

Ha ha ha ha ha!
"No offense," though.
Not that I disagree, to a large extent...there are some out there on the ball, and they're worth their weight in gold. But your post did make me smile. Bravo Zulu.

Public schools, by and large, are basically dull sheep raising another generation of dull sheep. Let's not forget the Department of Education, Congress, State Departments of Education that have forced their liberal ill-conceived curriculum, ideology, social mores, not to mention dummie-downed expectations, etc. on not only school children and parents but teachers as well.
