Well, it’s true that DEMOCRATS were behind the Trail of Tears and kicking the Cherokee out of their homeland.

I looked into Warren’s ancestry a bit via my Ancestry.com account. She could very well be related to the Cherokees and her family information may be correct. But it is extremely hard to prove these things. Absent proof her ancestry should be a private matter within her family and she should not attempt to benefit politically from her possible ancestry.
Best case she might be 1/32 Cherokee or so. Means little.
She might also be related to people that rounded up Cherokees. They were certainly present in the areas where her ancestors lived. This might also be hard to prove only way or the other.
Warren can’t have it both ways.
