“A senior official confirmed to CBS4’s Jim DeFede that the shooter used a rifle and they are now being told that as many as 20 people have been shot.
Officers could be seen handling someone in handcuffs at a community at 11735 NW 47th Drive, near the school just before 4 p.m.
A source briefed on the events said the shooter “is possibly a former student.”
The father of a student at the school says the shooter was allegedly “wearing a black vest with a red shirt…and supposedly he pulled the fire alarm and planned it,” according to CBS This Morning.”
