Police and fire crews are responding to “an incident” at the NSA campus at Fort Meade in Anne Arundel County, fire and transportation officials said. The exact circumstances of the investigation were not clear. Anne Arundel County Police reported a “possible shooting near NSA” on Twitter, but said they are not the lead agency. Fort Meade public affairs confirmed an incident is being investigated and didn’t have any other information at this time. Maryland State Highway Administration has shut down MD 32 in both directions at Canine Road in response. Fort Meade officials urged motorists to take alternate routes and “expect long delays.”

Story mentioned that incident - 2015, a driver tried to crash through the gate, barriers were lowered and shots fired killing one of the occupants. Do not mess around at Gov Check points.

The perp in the black dress sitting on the curb does not seem to be cuffed. Have a feeling a couple freaks just made a wrong turn and things went bad.
Attempts to physically penetrate NSA are just idiotic and doomed. Obvious stupidity or triangular love affair gone bad, death the only way out.

Odd thing about muslim men: as macho and douchy they are about everything else, it doesn’t bother them one bit to be seen driving a mini-van.
I s’pose it could’ve been a pair loony lefty couples wanting to go out with a big bang on V-Day, but why pick the NSA? Unless they remembered the 2015 incident.

Saw another pic from the scene this morning. Perp sitting on a curb. Looks female to me, gracile form, and possibly wearing a jacket provided because the coat is huge and the hood is up, which makes it impossible to get a look at the face.
