Not necessarily.
With a good lawyer and a jury one should be able to beat that charge. Especially with the innocuous words that were used.
Certainly there will be a zealous prosecutor who will MAKE the charge. They might even be naive enough to think they will prevail.
But they won’t. Not without some other evidence that what we know.
I look forward to someone tying up a trump and showing them the countdown to a bomb under their chair and when it doesn’t go off say, it’s not a real bomb your honor, so not terrorism.
With a good prosecutor the person will be in prison doing hard time...
