Great thread.
And yes, I did read it before posting so sue me.

I never thought about taking both cats at the same time, but I absolutely love that Walmart will deliver to your door, free. There are some items that will be taxed and some that won’t, but I never know until I place the order.
It’s a good idea for sure, but doesn’t make up for the doors being locked from 0000 to 0600 here...
There was a lawyer that had a Shih Tzu dog he named ‘TsoSuMi’.............
My brother spoke of a dog he saw once that was part Cocker Spaniel, part Shih Tzu, and part Poodle.
He wondered if it was a CocaShihTPoo.
We needed a bigger box for one cat at a time. Shannon is too fat to go in the door of the small one.
Kittens don’t have much energy storage.
"Someday you will read or hear that Billy Graham is dead. Don't you believe a word of it. I shall be more alive than I am now. I will just have changed my address. I will have gone into the presence of God." - Billy Graham (1918-2018)
I knew Shannon was “pleasingly plump,” but I had no idea! LOL!
Charlie wasn’t available this morning, and I had forgotten that he had an 0900 appointment with SNRHA. When I remembered, I went back outside, only to see Carlos, the maintenance man, backing his golf cart-type vehicle up to the Dumpster.
He was gathering up the palm fronds and bark that had been blown off in the recent high winds. He told me he couldn’t talk to me because his supervisor was retaliating against him for things beyond Carlos’ control. Carlos’ supervisor is a real piece of work, and seems to feel his cushy job is threatened by Carlos. I told Carlos that the best thing that could happen to his supervisor would be a one-way ticket back to Mexico.
Carlos is one of the best people I’ve ever known, here, and I feel bad that he is given so much grief. He has a band, and is the drummer, and he and his band have been in at least one movie. He is from Cuba, which his parents escaped from in the 70’s. He has such a good heart!
The drama begins in force when ‘Face makes plans to leave! LOL!
Did the time frame include both math and reading comprehension? I blithered through life ignoring time constraints and it had no negative effects. Of course, those were different times.
He did two verbal sections and two math sections, but only one at a time. He scored between 75% and 85% on the sections, and about 80% combined. That’s quite good for a first try, and it suggests that he can go from “quite good” to “stratospheric” by the time he takes the PSAT in October.
“Stratospheric” sounds good!
I suspect Pat will be a “stratospheric” contender!
Anyone who knows the Greek alphabet at the age he learned it will be a stellar person, and that’s not even an exaggeration!
333
Undoubtedly, “stratospheric” would be breathtaking.
So true, Bob, so true.
(Heh, I got that one!)
Earlier in Pat’s life, he had trouble with tests because his mind would wander and he wouldn’t get anything done unless someone sat by him saying, “Answer question 1. Now answer question 2. Now answer question 3.”
However, he has outgrown this issue.
Had I known I was so close to my “magic” number of 333...
Indeed, “Stratosphere” would be out of this world for Pat!
Cool! Some issues are never outgrown, sad to say.
And now, chillrun, I’m going to take this silly ‘Face to bed and ‘splain to her why she should not stay up past her bedtime.
My FB fans hate me. ;o]
Thank goodness he outgrew it. I wonder if the proctors would let a clapper (or were they called flappers?)into the exam rooms.
It would take an Official Diagnosis, which is time-consuming and expensive ... so it’s a good thing he outgrew it.
We won’t sue, we’ll just send the ever popular ninja espionage lizards to keep an eye on you, you non-conformist!
You’re supposed to post then read!
