Here's a guy who lied about his citizenship to run for the President of the US which requires something different than for an ordinary "citizen". It required you to be born here in the USA.

That he didn't know he was born in Canada is absurd.

You are incorrect. The requirement is to be born a citizen, not to be born within the boarders (14th amendment citizenship) of the US.
