Whatever you think about Sessions, he doesn’t control the FISA court. It is overseen by the Chief Justice of the SC and that would be Roberts. Congress can however impeach, convict and remove a Federally appointed Judge.
A judge committing criminal behavior must be locked up. Immediately. Not impeached.
And there's probably a hundred or so that should go.
