1. Flynn was probably guilty as hell of lying to the FBI.
2. He was interviewed by that misfit Strozk.
3. Based on what we've learned about the malfeasance at the FBI (involving Strozk in particular), he should be commended for lying to that pr!ck.

I’m suggesting that if your theory about Mueller being a good guy is actually true, then he is having to sit back and watch while known traitors like Strozk can ruin the life of someone like General Flynn. As you know, lying to the FBI can be accounted for in literally any way; Flynn can only afford to keep paying his attorneys for a limited amount of time. It was probably easier to just cop a plea so they would leave him alone.
But the larger issue is that Mueller would have to be running the “good cop” investigation while surrounded by the most devious assemblage of DC swamp attorneys ever put together. I think that is what so many are struggling to understand.
