There is no constitutional crisis if a president fires someone under executive pervue. He can fire anyone like that at will. This idea that he can’t is ludicrous. It is not illegal nor unconstitutional for a president to do so.

Constitutionally speaking, yes.

But.

The point is Democrats ARE GOING to make “it”, any fallout from releasing the Nunes memo, (however their mileage may differ) into a “Constitutional Crisis”. They (all of them) basically promised just that.

And they have all the camera face time and such to make their case to the public.
