Constitutionally speaking, yes.
But.
The point is Democrats ARE GOING to make “it”, any fallout from releasing the Nunes memo, (however their mileage may differ) into a “Constitutional Crisis”. They (all of them) basically promised just that.
And they have all the camera face time and such to make their case to the public.
They can whine all they want, and bitch and piss and moan, but there IS NO CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS... none.. Yes they will try to portray it as it.. but its not.
