How deep is your prayer, your spiritual life?
Can Nineveh be your example? Jonah wished the retribution. God said no, simply issue the warning. Jonah pouted “You’ll forgive! No fair!” Are you pouting with Jonah or is your heart aching with Jesus?
I know a lot of superficials in the Christian world who never go head over heels for Jesus but simply put in a measured duty.
And as for me I went financially broke for the Lord’s sake. Twice.
And am walking a tightrope now into an unknown future. Unknown to me. It is very known to God. Right now I am the only white soul brother in a black church (of orthodox faith).
So was God “important” to you? He’s “essential” to me!
By their fruits shall they be known.
And oh, you can’t be primarily “against abortion” for that’s already to concede a lost cause. And not even “pro life” solely for the baby. It has to embrace the mother and prospectively the entire family. Planned Parenthood isn’t so much a bad idea as it is a lie. A lie like calling homosexuality gay. God planned parenthood and God can save parenthood. How broad and tall and wide and deep is your vision? That’s what I am talking about.
