The Democratic congressman's mouth corners appeared especially shiny during his response to President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address — and many online were quick to accuse him of drooling during his address. The alternative theory was an overzealous application of lip balm.
“Marco Rubio had dry-mouth during his #SOTU response in 2013. Joe Kennedy has drool-mouth,” tweeted Frank Luntz, the prominent Republican pollster.
You would think that after more than 50 years, they would finally give up on bringing JFK back to life...or Bill Clinton.
Also cool that they picked Fall (off the bridge?) River Massachusetts for the response. And was that Uncle Ted's Oldsmobile that they were using as the backdrop?
The same Trump mole who worked for Hillary and dressed her in orange and prison stripes is probably still working for the Democrats.

I was wondering about that last night. I also noticed that he hit all the usual democrat groups, Black Lies Matter, transgender, gays, lesbians, illegals, open borders, but had absolutely nothing positive to say about anything. Essentially, all the dems have is their “We hate Trump” platform.
He over used the blistex. I find it funny how we look at the craziest things and give him a pass on his speech which was horrible. He is worse then a typical Democrat because he can speak better then then average liberal. He didn’t even have that Kennedy accent.
Are you going to stand up in front of the nation and spout provable lies, all the while drooling on your chin? If yes, then I am pretty sure we will, and you'll deserve it.
I do not know what moron picked the vocational high school. It is in New Bedford which is in Kennedy’s congressional district so he boycotted (or is that now girlcotted or just cotted) the President’s SOTU speech. Anyone who has been to New Bedford in the last twenty years knows that half or more of the population of New Bedford consists of crimaliens. My guess is that the drooling dolt was the only US citizen in the room.
They told him to spout drivel and he thought that some dribble would help - weakest pule of a SOTU rebuttal ever - not sure he even saw the SOTU...
The RATS “countered” the POTUS’s SOTU with a White, rich Beta who is only famous because he was born with a legacy name and who also has gay face, complete with stuff in the corners of his mouth.

Although this thread has me dying laughing, i have to say - the official word is it was not drool - it was chapstick and I have to agree when they said that, it does appear to be chapstick. Too bad he couldn’t keep it on his lips.
Oh, and I was checking DU last night (to see what they thought of the President’s speech but it appears they did not watch, they all talked about having the sound off) - anyway - even they were saying ewww, is that drool on his face?

you’ll see lot of the same reflections. Also some show a
it downward under his right eye along his nose. Camera lights
