The Democratic congressman's mouth corners appeared especially shiny during his response to President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address — and many online were quick to accuse him of drooling during his address. The alternative theory was an overzealous application of lip balm.
“Marco Rubio had dry-mouth during his #SOTU response in 2013. Joe Kennedy has drool-mouth,” tweeted Frank Luntz, the prominent Republican pollster.
I tried to watch it, to hear what the position statement would be and I agree with you that it was very weak. I made it half way through.
Perhaps he is rabid?

I just watched the youtube of the ginger dope. I expected to have to wait a while for the spit to build up, but it started flwoing from THE GET.
What is that kid's dealio. I've never seen anything like it. And, as he pumped out the lines he just knew would propel him into the round table of the new Camelot, he knew he was looking like the mad dog in "To Kill a Mockinbird."
Donald Trump would have wiped his mouth. Any real person would have. But this ball of fakery, product of image makers and stylists, calculated that wiping his mouth would "look worse" than having foam leak down his chin out of both sides of his mouth.
So. Not only does this inbred ginger scion of a corrupt family line have a rare condition, but he showed us all that he is a weak willed, scheming, coward just like his uncle Teddy.
