I’m surprised it is as low as that. The “overhead” for flowing your money through DC is horrendous and all it does is enrich useless, nonproductive Washington bureaucrats. Might as well flush that vigorish down your toilet.
I haven’t seen number in awhile. But even 24% is way too much. They can take education and cut the federal income tax and let the states take care of their own budget.
