Grandfather NY to Columbus to WV. I think my grand mother went NY to WV where her brother owned a cafe frequented by miners. My grandmother cooked spaghetti and the italian miners flooded the place.

Thank God for our ancestors. I never knew any of my grandparents. They were all gone before I was born in 1947. My father worked for the New York Central Railroad for 50 years. My mother was a housewife. My Dad would never let her work outside the home. And my Dad was a better cook than my mother. Even though he wasn’t Italian, he made great spaghetti sauce with meatballs and sausages every Saturday. Still miss it.
