Populist conservative columnist and New York Times best-selling author Ann Coulter says Attorney General Jeff Sessions better be ready to arrest all members of Congress who are expected to bring illegal aliens as their dates to President Trumps State of the Union (SOTU) address.
In an interview with conservative talk radio host Howie Carr, Coulter said Sessions should be gearing up to arrest Washington, D.C. politicians who arrive at Trumps SOTU address with illegal aliens.
COULTER: Ive also heard theyre planning on inviting illegal aliens. So Jeff Sessions better be ready to arrest all of them for conspiring to commit a crime, which I believe is a felony under federal law in all 50 states, even if the crime itself is not a felony. I mean, they had to have meetings, they had to make a phone call. These are people who are in the country illegally and anyone conspiring with them to keep them here illegally, to invite them to a State of the Union address, Jeff Sessions should have them all arrested and I mean the congressmen. [Emphasis added]
But seriously, Sessions should be looking at all of these governors and mayors for conspiring to commit federal crimes.

Why doesn’t every Dem just bring a terrorist so they can overthrow the government tonight? Good grief...
If you bring an illegal alien with you, you should GO TO JAIL.
Trump, we’re counting on you. Do not let THEM make a mockery of your first SOTU!
JOB: Just Over Broke
She doesn’t have a job. She provides value to people via the written and spoken word, and they pay her for it. Seems to work out pretty well for her.
My stepson started his own business a few years ago and is now doing quite well. It’s allowed him to meet a lot of other people doing quite well. Once he said to me, “I finally found out what all those people in those huge and fancy houses do for a living (he lives in the Chicago area). They own their own business.
A job is the path to financial mediocrity and stability, which is where most of us are. There are rare exceptions, but that is that way it works out.
Sure, wreck months of work and give the media something to scream about for the next year. Shut up and write, Ann.
At the very least the Secret Service ought to block their entry as unvetted threats to the President of the United States.
When Donald enters the chamber, how close will he pass by these potential assassins?
I believe that the answer to your question is, only if the House is in session.
Patrick Kennedy used that defense when he was arrested one night on Capital Hill after driving erratically and almost running down a Capital Police officer. He said that he was “on his way to a vote and could not be detained.” Sadly for Patrick, it was well after midnight and the House was not in session. Happily for him, his last name is Kennedy and the matter promptly dropped.
That I would pay to see.....Congressmen arrested for colluding with illegal aliens.
I say stop flouting the law, yes, arrest people.
Sessions is in hiding. Haven’t heard his name in a few days. Must be planning the 13,000 arrests on his Sealed Indictments.
Point of Order. There illegals and there are illegals.
It is my understanding that illegals part of the formal DACA program are not currently subject to arrest or deportation assuming they do not have other criminal charges.
When DACA actually expires, then they can be arrested and deported.
Registered DACA types can safely come to be put on display at the SOTU (I think)
......particularly if the illegal is a Third World terorrist seeking the overthow of the US govt.....
........or a prasitic ****a** from ****hole Mexico plotting to take back the American SW for Mexico.
They are no longer satisfied with just the SW US, they want the whole enchilada, North Mexico (aka USA).
And they have plenty of allies in our country willing to help them, Democrats and Assistant Democrats (Republicans).
If memory serves me..codepink got in as an invitee during Bush. I guess invitees don’t go through security?
Man, they relly are “dreamers.”
I never thought of that aspect.
That said, I think it’s a terrific chance for the Repubs to catch some footage for campaign ads.
Tag line “Just who does your congressman represent?”
Not really, considering we have 4 Senators on the side of the citizens and the rule of law.
Cotton, Grassley, Perdue and Cruz.
That’s it.
Flake, Corker, Hatch, Heller, Alexander, Graham, McCain, Murkowsky, Hoeven, Rubio, Tillis, Burr, Lankford, Gardner, Cornyn, Cochran, Collins, Sasse, Kennedy, Shelby, Ernst, Blunt, McConnell, Wicker, Portman, Isakson, Johnson, Toomey, Rounds, Thune, Barasso and Enzi are all owned by the Cheap Labor Express.
I don’t think while comgress is in session any congressCrook can be arrested.
>
U.S. Legislators protected from arrest in most cases, due to the Constitution.
>
When ‘working’ (going to/fro).
Sitting to hear the SotU, IMO, don’t cover ‘em should they be aiding/abetting criminal illegal aliens to break immigration law.
>
When DACA actually expires, then they can be arrested and deported.

Expires? The program was/is ILLEGAL. Thus the program is null/void. IOW: illegals have been\are CRIMINALS.
Shite, the mental gymnastics to obfuscate the obvious...
