FWIW, the review sounds like a stall to me.
I get it - someone needs to review it and make sure we aren’t burning a source or a method (or a whistleblower under protection, for example).
Now the President COULD, if he wanted to, object. If he did, it goes to the full House for a vote. If the House overruled him, it would be released.
So, the media can be released. As such, I also believe it has been declassified, which means it could also leak. I have to believe the leaking has begun. I imagine there are members of the House that have been dying to share this with folks and could not up to now.
It’s only a stall if the President is indecisive. No sympathy from me if he turns coward now after shooting off his mouth for months. He can approve it tonight.
