I get it - someone needs to review it and make sure we aren’t burning a source or a method (or a whistleblower under protection, for example).
Now the President COULD, if he wanted to, object. If he did, it goes to the full House for a vote. If the House overruled him, it would be released.
So, the media can be released. As such, I also believe it has been declassified, which means it could also leak. I have to believe the leaking has begun. I imagine there are members of the House that have been dying to share this with folks and could not up to now.
My bet is that every foreign nation, ally or enemy, knew what the heck was in that thing before the ink dried.
It’s just the American people who are being kept in the dam dark.
