Sessions Vows To Stand Up To 'Unfair' Criticism Like these?
- Waco, TX — Used incendiary rounds, lied about their usage.
- Ruby Ridge, ID — FBI Sniper Slays Mother Holding her Baby wherein “Court records show that while the woman’s body lay in the cabin for eight days, the FBI used microphones to taunt the family. ‘Good morning, Mrs. Weaver. We had pancakes for breakfast. What did you have?’ asked the agents in at least one exchange.”
- Bunkerville, NV — Cliven Bundy-FBI debacle: Another example of why the feds need to be leashed
- AZ — Fast and Furious: FBI Now Linked to Murder of U.S. Border Agent
- Harney County, OR — Was LaVoy Finicum Murdered by The FBI? / LaVoy Assassination forensic PROOF released!
- Oklahoma City, OK Ruling reveals CIA involvement in Oklahoma City bombing investigation:
When Kenneth Trentadue's body was sent to his family, it was covered in blood and bruises, leading them to believe he was murdered, according to Jesse Trentadue. He believes his brother was killed by FBI agents who mistook him for a bombing suspect and subjected him to fatal interrogation.
Seems like there's something of a precedent of lawlessness, enough that I think you could say a reputation.

“Removing any doubt that Sessions is one of the worst picks in history”
If we survive, this entire scheme orchestrated by the corrupt state & Jeff Sessions would make a compelling book.

He said the Justice Department demands the highest level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism from every person in itYeah, right. They might "demand" it, but they sure don't obtain it. And sorry, but I'm not impressed with the rank-and-file DOJ/FBI grunts either. Waco, Ruby Ridge, Richard Jewell, the Anthrax case, the FBI lab scandal, missed opportunities to preempt several terrorist killings, and this disgusting situation regarding the Trump campaign, transition and presidency. To name a few of the most egregious cases.
What am I missing? With all those "saints" in the DOJ and FBI, why isn't anybody coming forward to demand the department and agency be cleaned up? Hmmmm?

I am very familiar with the Hatch Act. Perhaps you should familiarize yourself on the due process steps afforded all federal employees.Under Chapter 75 of the Civil Service Reform Act, federal agencies can issue employees who engage in misconduct written notice of termination, stating the allegations of wrongdoing and an explanation of why they are being removed. Employees get 30 days' notice and then they are out the door.
How long have we known about McCabe, Strzok, Page and others? It's been more than 30 days.
I thought you were a government bean counter. Perhaps you should familiarize yourself.

All the circumstantial evidence points to Sessions being part of the attempted palace coup....after being appointed he immediately rolls over and lets the attack dogs go after his boss. The truth, precisely and succinctly stated.

The big picture:
Even with a loyal rabid dog AG, the task off wresting control of this corrupt 4 trillion dollar leftist-controlled stasi state was close to impossible...A Herculean task.
That’s what makes Sessions’ treachery so hard to take.

Sessions has shown very little no public evidence of allegiance to the success of his boss. There, fixed it.

That’s why I think McCabe needs to be deposed both
before and after he terminates.

Jeffry has no history of being a mover and shaker. During his senate years he was just a back bencher voting reliably conservative on issues. But he was never a bulldog. So me for one am not surprised of AG Sessions docile behavior. He is no gov Chrisrie, that is for certain.

If Sessions is serious, he should do two things:
1. Repeal or nullify someway the Civil Service rules that prevent people being fired for any reason.
2. Get rid of THE PUBLIC SERVICE UNION. They never should have been allowed to form.
AG Sessions has no legal authority to do those things.

AG Sessions has no legal authority to do those things. For misconduct, AG Sessions can give Strzok, Page, McCabe and others 30 days notice before termination.
It's been more than 30 days. They have not been terminated.
To: marktwain
Who does then? They want to form unions and make employment contracts that supersede the Constitution and the chief executive’s authority? Fire all their asses, they can squawk from the sidelines.

They have done so under legislative authority.
There is likely some executive authority as well.
President Trump could undo that.

What is he smoking?????
SMOKING? How about assisting the MSM to paint another layer of BS over a DOJ that is led by a gang of unindicted felons who conspired to nullify the elective will of the voters...
Sessions is not just worthless & impotent,....his silence in defense of the Presidents innocence is evidentiary of his membership in the attempted political coup.

Someone here said early on that Sessions insinuated himself into the Trump campaign to sabotage it. I thought that was a little far fetched at the time. It’s painfully obvious now. I didn't know that, but I did know Sessions (as well as everyone listed voting Yea here) was not to be trusted.
A notable number of FReepers tried to call me a liberal

— It really is sad how many FReepers allow themselves to be blinded by the stupid, and observably insufficient/incorrect, model of Republican vs. Democrat
(the elite vs. common man
is a much better model).
