Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump is proposing giving 1.8 million young undocumented immigrants a pathway to citizenship in exchange for $25 billion for his long-promised wall and a host of other strict immigration cuts, according to a framework proposed Thursday. The outlines of the deal were described by a White House official for staff on Capitol Hill that CNN was given access to on Thursday afternoon. In what the White House official called a "dramatic concession," Trump would accept a path to citizenship for not just those originally eligible for DACA but for a broader population, adding up to 1.8 million people, the official said.

I don’t believe it.
No, no, no and hell no!
I don’t like it based on what I see now.

In return, the White House would like to see a $25 billion investment in a trust for border infrastructure and technology, as well as more funds for personnel, and an end to family migration beyond spouses and minor children. The diversity visa lottery would also be abolished, with those visas going to work through a backlog of people already waiting for family visas and high-skilled immigration green cards.
In what may end up being the most contentious piece of the proposal, the White House is also defining as border security closing “legal loopholes” that will allow it to deport more immigrants — which would likely include changes in immigration enforcement authority that would be virtually impossible for Democrats to swallow.
Look at the source, FAKE NEWS!
Amnesty is amnesty, Donald. Be careful what you offer.
HAHAHAHA! Ol’ fake news CNN again!
No WALL, No DACA (800,000)!
No blanket Amnesty!
Chain Amnasty
Amnesty as offered by CNN. Trump won’t or better not do anything remotely like this.
They must be off the dole for an extended number of years before they can apply. JMHO!
No DACA (800,000)!

It applies to Dreamers which is why the number is so large - above the DACA ‘kids’ estimate of 800K.
The fundamental problem is that citizenships/naturalizations cannot be taken back once they are done. Other policies - even the wall - can be undermined or circumvented by future administrations. So, it isn’t ultimately much of a “trade” if one side of the deal is a bunch of new citizenships, and the other side of the deal are temporary concessions that can simply be overturned by the next administration.
Listing of that blowhard Erik Erikson he just got off a conference call with a high-level White House staffer and that is indeed the White House is proposal
HAHA...knew he would fold on this. HE and Sessions will fold on prosecuting these devils that are destroying America too. We have been had
Trump needs to add compulsory E-Verify to his demands. I love the 25 billion for the Trump Wall but a compulsory and SERIOUSLY ENFORCED E-Verify would be more effective than a Wall. I want both! Plus end chain migration.
100 percent BULL SH*T til I hear it out of President Trump’s mouth(Or tweet)
Watching this develop (or un-develop) will be interesting.
Fixed.
(Seriously, after the Government Shutdown
where they showed exactly that the government elite care more about illegal invaders than our own Citizens this is the last thing they should even be thinking about; someday they're going to push things until someone says I had all I can take, and I can't take no more!
and the people in-general realize they, too, have had enough.)
