Made me think of the Rwandan genocide when one day local radio started screaming for the Hutu to kill the Tutsi; and they did.

It was even creepier; they’d broadcast on the radio: “Minister so-and-so is reported to be heading south on Route such-and-such; don’t let them escape!”
You’re right; it started with hate speech like this. I interpret it as the sad rantings of people who feel inferior to whites - and Asians, and Hispanics, and just about everyone else on the planet - including black Africans. They’ve given up on striving for parity (or superiority), and now rant against their perceived “betters”...
