A course at Salisbury University in Maryland is using a “Pyramid of White Supremacy” to help teach students about diversity and “cultural competence.”
“Avoiding confrontation with racist family members” and “remaining apolitical” make up the base, which is deemed critical for more egregious things like mass killings and genocide.

This is a race to see if the unassimilated minorities can destroy each other before they focus on whites; here in NJ one consequence of open borders is that the worst ghetto cores are surrounded by ever-widening rings of brown and yellow people that further separate blacks from whites.
Looks like the same dynamic is at work in Ferguson MO, when Michael Brown was pushing around a little Asian guy...
Made me think of the Rwandan genocide when one day local radio started screaming for the Hutu to kill the Tutsi; and they did.

It was even creepier; they’d broadcast on the radio: “Minister so-and-so is reported to be heading south on Route such-and-such; don’t let them escape!”
You’re right; it started with hate speech like this. I interpret it as the sad rantings of people who feel inferior to whites - and Asians, and Hispanics, and just about everyone else on the planet - including black Africans. They’ve given up on striving for parity (or superiority), and now rant against their perceived “betters”...
To be honest, the people who espouse this philosophy should stop using any and all goods, services, and products improved, developed and/or invented by white people.
If this stupid woman gets breast cancer, the oncologists should flatly tell her that she is not allowed to receive treatment because that would constitute cultural appropriation.
Force these people to face and live out the cosequences of their ideas.
