Pardon the dumb question, but does this resolution require 51 votes to pass, or 60? How is it that the Dems have the votes to block it.?

Of course people will did after the government shuts down. People will die after the government opens up. People will die if the government remains open. DieFie is not a goddess who can prevent people from dying or bring them back to life once they are dead, I wish she would get off her self-important goddess kick.
