I can see why LUV likes it so much. It’s beautiful and the scenery is divine.
And the rooms you’ve posted pix of recently are so inviting.

....and her Texas friends LOVE staying there. It has a beautiful view of a cove that includes several small islands and a lobster shack where you can buy it fresh off the boats. YUM!

Got my Gas Dearborne Heater in the bedroom, I have two more and a fireplace place central heat and air which aint on.

That one Dearborne in the bedroom is working like a champ 17 deg be damned!

Our house isn’t too uncomfortable tonight, considering how cold it is outside. No wind, and that makes a lot of difference. I haven’t needed to break out the little heater to place under my desk tonight.

We’re down to 5 degrees now and it isn’t midnight yet. BRRRRRRR
