I’m the handy woman in our family. Husband is an accountant. LOL I do actually have a real handy man here at the house today replacing an electric water heater heating coil. As he’s draining the tank he walked across the street to fix my neighbors washer. Now this is a handy man in demand!!!LOL

Yes, the muffin recipe is easy. Great grab and go for breakfast or snack or light dinner. Low carb, too. Mix up eggs and cheese with whatever leftovers you have - meat, veggies or even tuna.
