I’m with you. Although in some cases I would take the medications. A dear friend of mine, twenty years ago now, had extremely high blood pressure. He thought he could contain it drinking some garlic concoction. He died age 43. My mom had non invasive breast cancer that could have been taken care of as an outpatient, but opted for some juice from Mexico, and died. Steve Jobs made the same decision and died.
OTOH, I do believe drugs are way oversold for common conditions and cause more problems than they solve.
I’ve had ulcers and IBS and digestive problems all my life, and many years ago I was taking many different expensive drugs for it. My friend was a nursing student. I looked at her drug book, and all these medications counteracted each other. I immediately quit taking them, figured out the diet that worked for me, and have been as fine or better ever since.
Judge Jeanine just mentioned Pelousy’s cha cha $$$$ dinner, that she’s treating fellow Dim obstructionists to.
