You’d be surprised Some of them will break but some will be lifelong friends and will find strength in each other.

This is so, so weird.
Each case like this also gives the lefties a strawman to jump all over homeschoolers. I don’t think they were teaching any academics here. The parents in fact sound outright crazy and will likely end up in mental institutions rather than prison.
My kids claim they’re abused if the Internet is off for 36 seconds.

Why would you say that? Your hatred for our state sure is coloring your thinking. Why not show some adult behavior and at least wait until the couple is arraigned and on what charges.

While nobody expects earth to be perfect, for some sad souls it truly stinks. The “why” may not even be understandable till God explains at long last. We do know we have the poor with us, and as churches we should care.
If the parents were together through it all, then Romeo and Juliet likely met when they were 27 and 19 respectively. JMOPO, but she’ll probably be happy to spend the rest of her days in prison if it means being away from him.

Lots of unanswered questions. As you suggest, half of the horror of this story is that they got away with it for 29 years with no one ever noticing anything amiss.
So the guy reporting wondered how this could happen....he said, “Maybe they were home-schooled and not allowed to go out.” These media people show their true colours all the time.
If all kids are theirs, I think it’s a miracle that they all survived.
i would need more details of this. It sounds like a very one sided story.
It’s also a new development and middle class. So they moved there within two years.
