Might consider Eastern Washington, Spokane area or north of there, Eastern Oregon State around Joseph. Also West central Idaho near Coeur D Alene . While the Western parts of these states are Democratic domains, the Eastern portions are conservative.

But you are still under the commie state laws since the rich populous liberal west swamps the votes of the poor conservative east.
The longer you stay in Spokane, the worse laws you will have oppressing you.
