Two times HI state registrar, Alvin Onaka, was asked by state Secretaries of State to verify Obama’s HI “birth facts”, and 2 times he refused to do so, which is only allowable if there is in fact no legally-valid HI BC for Obama.
The reason the world thinks otherwise is because Loretta Fuddy, HDOH Director at the time, used the official HDOH seal - 2 1/4” in diameter and having a star between upper and lower banks of words around the perimeter - to make it appear that the “verifications” were certified by Onaka. The Director’s seal MUST have the director’s signature nearby to certify a document.
IOW, those “verifications” touted as ending the question once and for all were not certified. And yes, they do end the question once and for all: Onaka refused to verify the birth facts or the existence of a valid HI BC, and the only lawful reason for him to do so is if there is none.
Period.
CNN needs to issue a retraction for the last line of this story: “Obama was born in Hawaii.” Without a valid HI BC, the birthplace of Obama is unknown; only a court can sort out the evidence and make a finding of where he was born, unless he has a valid BC from somewhere besides Hawaii, in which case that BC is prima facia evidence and the legal presumption is that he was born there.
Send investigators to question Ms Fuddy.
Oh wait...
Thank you for the facts.
Now, now, butter, you’re just a vexatious requestor.
IIRC, someone said the seal was faked.
http://thedailypen.blogspot.com/2011/01/third-hawaiian-official-denies.html “Former senior elections clerk, Tim Adams, became the third of current or former Hawaiian officials bearing intimate knowledge about Obama’s natal documentation to formally indicate that the Aloha State does not possess an original, 1961 birth certificate documenting the natural-born citizenship of Barack Obama. Adams says Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii, but he does not know where else Obama might have been born because there is no original documentation showing his attested birthplace.”
Also, Gov. Pothead Abercrombie swore “he was there.” Swore he was there when Sr. met Stanley on a library bench. Swore he knew all about the miraculous birth when none of Sr.’s friends at the East West Univ. had ever known he knew Stanley Ann or they’d had a baby. Swore he was there to see Barry play t-ball even when it’s documented Barry was in Jakarta at the time he’d be old enough to play. Swore he’d find the real honest to goodness long form BC when elected governor but only to mumble something shortly after about it being scribbled in a margin of a book somewhere.
