Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin and her jailed sext-a-holic hubby Anthony Weiner have withdrawn their pending divorce case, The Post has learned.
Abedin was scheduled to appear in Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday afternoon for a compliance conference in their contested divorce. Instead one of her attorneys submitted paperwork signed by both parties agreeing to end the case, a court source told The Post.

THIS keeps pervert from being forced to testify against her is my best guess. There's a lot of misunderstanding about "spousal immunity" under the law.
Nothing would stop Anthony Weiner from testifying against his wife voluntarily. The legal principle of spousal immunity means that one spouse cannot be compelled to testify against the other. And I believe that protection covers the entire period when they were married, regardless of whether they are divorced later.
