LEAKED MEMO: DREAMers Are ‘Critical’ To Dems ‘Future Electoral Success’

The Center For American Progress (CAP) Action Fund circulated a memo on Monday calling illegal immigrants brought here at a young age — so-called “Dreamers” — a “critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success.”
The memo, co-authored by former Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri, was sent around to allies calling on Democrats to “refuse to offer any votes for Republican spending bills that do not offer a fix for Dreamers and instead appropriate funds to deport them.”
President Donald Trump’s administration moved to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy in September, which former President Barack Obama instituted through executive order to keep immigrants who came here as children from being deported.
Trump called on Congress to find a legislative fix for young immigrants, or “Dreamers,” facing deportation. House lawmakers recently put forward a bipartisan DACA compromise bill that also claims to address worries over chain migration. However, it’s unclear if the bill will pass.
CAP Action’s memo says protecting DACA is not only a “moral imperative” for Democrats, it also key to getting votes.
“The fight to protect Dreamers is not only a moral imperative, it is also a critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success,” reads Palmieri’s memo, obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
“If Democrats don’t try to do everything in their power to defend Dreamers, that will jeopardize Democrats’ electoral chances in 2018 and beyond,” reads the memo. “In short, the next few weeks will tell us a lot about the

It was founded by leftists and Marxists, funded by leftists and Marxists (esp. Soros), and staffed by Marxists (including MSBNBC’s own “STORM” Van Jones maoist; traitor Morton Halperin (CNSS and IPS) and run by Marxist Robert Borosage (IPS, etc).
Check out these names at the sites above. You might inquire at the Capital Research Center (DC) if they have done a research paper on CAP. One of the conservative think-tanks around DC must have done one, even if it was years ago. Maybe the Heritage Foundation has one.
Once you see the Marxist influence on CAP, and the people they hired, then all of this will fall right into place. Podesta has ties to Russia which are mentioned at some of these sites, and www.USAsurvival.org has mentioned him in some of their studies/books.
Red Rats in DC need exposing, as well as CLINTON RATS and plague carriers like Podesta, Palmieri, Fallon, etc.
This is why the alleged dreamers should not be given a path to citizenship.
Evidently so. It's a combination of pandering to the CoC's demand for cheap immigrant labor and politically correct virtue-signaling. Little do these pro-amnesty establishment Republicans realize that the Democrats are so much better at the virtue signaling and racial pandering game than they are.
I think there is this fairy tale that Republicans will become the beneficiaries from illegals for making them legal. It has been over 100 years, and most voters don’t know the Democrat Party was the party of slavery. They still think Republicans are the racists.

I have so enjoyed him and he has done so many fantastic things. But this is the world series of his office, as Tucker said, and signing daca is like handing the win to the other team. For a few decades and maybe longer.

LOL....That's just foolish talk if you're opinion of our Pres. rests entirely on DACA. He's already successful with or without it. And you will likely stand alone as 'other Americans" will still support him....time and tide have already proven so.

Anything to do with DACA isn’t going to do us in......not by a long shot.... The ENTIRE immigration picture will do that if it’s not dealt with. Dacaa is only a part of it.

I didn’t hear anything about anyone getting “Amnesty”.....the laws for Citizenship remain on the books...and that’s just a fact.
I won’t roll with the the Dems tactics to get Trump supporters to be shaking in their shoes, ready to jump ship, without even knowing what the deal is let alone anything being signed.
Once again the Dems have everyones pants in a knot before we even have the facts....mission accomplished.
Maybe YOU have not noticed how a state (CA) has flipped from a 16% Reagan victory to a 23% Trump defeat. I have. DACA is throwing red meat to the lions, and there is NO EXCUSE for anyone, incl. Trump, to ever sell America down the river again.
To me, his entire Presidency rests on his ability to protect America from electoral Armageddon.
