LEAKED MEMO: DREAMers Are ‘Critical’ To Dems ‘Future Electoral Success’

The Center For American Progress (CAP) Action Fund circulated a memo on Monday calling illegal immigrants brought here at a young age — so-called “Dreamers” — a “critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success.”
The memo, co-authored by former Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri, was sent around to allies calling on Democrats to “refuse to offer any votes for Republican spending bills that do not offer a fix for Dreamers and instead appropriate funds to deport them.”
President Donald Trump’s administration moved to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy in September, which former President Barack Obama instituted through executive order to keep immigrants who came here as children from being deported.
Trump called on Congress to find a legislative fix for young immigrants, or “Dreamers,” facing deportation. House lawmakers recently put forward a bipartisan DACA compromise bill that also claims to address worries over chain migration. However, it’s unclear if the bill will pass.
CAP Action’s memo says protecting DACA is not only a “moral imperative” for Democrats, it also key to getting votes.
“The fight to protect Dreamers is not only a moral imperative, it is also a critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success,” reads Palmieri’s memo, obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
“If Democrats don’t try to do everything in their power to defend Dreamers, that will jeopardize Democrats’ electoral chances in 2018 and beyond,” reads the memo. “In short, the next few weeks will tell us a lot about the

The Democrats keep playing this act of policy self-righteousness and their corrupt media collaborators keep this ruse constantly propped up, but the underlying reality is well understood by anyone more than a simple low-information voter/citizen.
The stench of this corruption is what is, and has been, so very corrosive to this nation. Coupled with what Obama and Clinton have done in the past decade and we see that it has been only by divine intervention that this nation has not collapsed into a wholly corrupt system like Venezuela, writ large. What we are learning, is that Obama and Clinton nearly took down this country through complete subversion and lawlessness.

I'm disappointed that Trump is willing to do allow this in exchange for the wall, which will probably just amount to an extra hundred miles or so of fencing here and there.
Not just Democrats.
It’s all about cementing the George HW Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA) in place.
They desperately do not want US to be able to restore the rule of law and reverse the demographic changes they have instituted through non-enforcement of laws and borders.
They invited 30 million people here to change the country against the will of the citizens and they do not want US sending them home.
The final amnesty that would cement the Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA) into place has been sought repeatedly since 2006. They sold us Rubio to get the last one in 2013.
We have been prevented from electing anyone who would side with US and the rule of law by their control of the RNC and state parties.
The most important thing to the Uniparty is protecting the demographic changes they have made to the country against the will of the citizens.
That’s what drives the NeverTrump, the media and the Democrats hatred of Trump, it is an extension of their hatred of US.
Place the Hispanic “dreamers” in Cuban households. There goes the Democrats’ future.
An easy solution is to make it the law that anyone who comes here illegally (adults or children), can never have US voting rights, unless they leave and apply for citizenship through the normal process. Also, do not allow chain migration.

I agree but worry that it might be easy for a lame judge to declare that unconstitutional.
Make illegal immigration a FELONY. Catch them, convict them and deport them. Since they’re felons, no voting rights by definition.
Might be the safest approach to tie a judge’s hands?
