President Trump lashed out at critics questioning his mental stability in a series of Saturday morning tweets — declaring himself a “genius.”
“Now that Russian collusion, after one year of intense study, has proven to be a total hoax on the American public, the Democrats and their lapdogs, the Fake News Mainstream Media, are taking out the old Ronald Reagan playbook and screaming mental stability and intelligence,” he wrote at 7:19 a.m. “….Actually, throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart. Crooked Hillary Clinton also played these cards very hard and, as everyone knows, went down in flames. I went from VERY successful businessman, to top T.V. Star…..” he continued at 7:27 a.m.
“….to President of the United States (on my first try). I think that would qualify as not smart, but genius….and a very stable genius at that!” he wrote at 7:30 a.m. The self-promoting tweets followed two others, one praising news the country’s African-American unemployment rate had fallen to its lowest rate on record, and another criticizing ABC reporter Brian Ross, who returned to the network after a month-long suspension for an error in a report on Trump’s now disgraced former national security adviser, Michael Flynn.

I’d say Trump’s IQ is very high if you look at his accomplishments...

See my latest. I love Trump. I can accept some of his groan worthy tweets because he is so valuable to our nation. But I am not going to wax poetic about every word he writes. No genius should say he’s a genius period. FReepers look foolish polishing every poop he passes. Worship is for gods. Admiration and respect is for Trump, but heroes are people too.

What's amazing is that some of these people actually believe the insanity that they're spewing forth. (Some don't, of course.) But the power of denial can never be overestimated.
The tale of Oedipus and Jocasta was laughable until Sigmund Freud explained it in terms of the subconscious mind. Then, of course, it made perfect sense; they knew all along that they were mother and son.
The Left is similarly in denial about President Trump and his immense virtues, brilliance, and heroism; they just want the truth not to be so as desperately as Oedipus and Jocasta wanted the truth not to be so.
It's an old, old story, as old as Western Civilization itself, and it appears that Western Civilization is going to destroy itself because of the very things that the Greek tragedies warned against at the very beginning of Western Civilization: hubris and denial.

I’ve always thought it hilarious that the “dumbest man on the planet” handily beat the smartest woman in the world.
So, whenever I think that I wish he hadn't said something in a particular way, I take comfort in knowing how it drives the left to madness!

the guy is a genius...gotta remember what the media is really freaking about...he has literally changed the course of this nation in less than a year...its stunning what hes done, i personally had my doubts after 8 years of the Kenyan. These arent little changes either..this is transformational stuff...they thought for sure hed be gone by now. They are so desparate, they actually think hes gonna be removed from office over things like the wording of a tweet....ITS HILARIOUS. They see his poll numbers going up...they remember how successful the Regan tax cuts were..they see the economy roaring and they cant believe its happening...the author of this book actually thinks his book is gonna take down Trump...all the garbage in that book was already tried...geez. This is the most fun ive ever had from politics....this is historic and will be talked about for generations to come.

Why not write what IS THE TRUTH ? Time people quit nit-picking everything he says and start realizing he is out-smarting the establishment every day. Takes real brains to accomplish what he has done in the face of all the opposition. When the opposition questions your mental state, what are you supposed to do? You’re proposing he sit still and accept the condemnations hurled at him including insanity and unstable mental disorder. instead of criticizing him, SUPPORT HIM!
