Because he is a gentleman until and unless he is attacked - he's very consistent like that.

Trump never takes the first shot. He’s a counter puncher. Bannon crapped in his own nest. He’s done. He can go off now, and write his own book. Loser. had he kept shut he might have been a factor here, now he’s going to be shunned.
