Can Breitbart dump Bannon, or does he own the joint?
Mercers own it.
Speaking of which...
He doesnt own it, I think. I wonder how that works. They sure are going to lose visitors.
But on Steve Bannon's page, Wikipedia says "Bannon was a founding member of the board of Breitbart News... On August 18, 2017, Breitbart announced that Bannon would return as executive chairman following his White House employment."
So it's not clear whether Bannon replaced Solov as CEO or is another level of chairman above or below Solov. Nor is it clear about the proportion of ownership; last fall, Bob Mercer announced he would sell his stake in Breitbart to his daughters.
Either way, Bannon is not the owner. Hence, he probably can be fired by Breitbart, as Milo was when he overstepped.
