We need “Loser Pays” laws to keep crap like this from clogging up the court system.

Yeah, they always said the same thing about his old man, and like his old man, Andy has way too much baggage to actually run.

Does not affect the state itself so the state has no standing. This should result in a mass exodus of the sucessful businesses who can operate in a tax free or lower tax state as well as NY or CA. Its really going to hit blue states hard.

Cuomo, widely seen as a potential contender for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2020, said the provision is violative of states' rights and the principle of equal protection.Huh? Good luck with this, son of Mario the Pious.

The IRS should file a countersuit asking the court to declare the $10,000 deduction for SALT unconstitutional because it discriminates against low tax states.

LoL Cuomo the village idiot.

but legal experts are skeptical the lawsuit will hold up in court. It doesn't have to hold up in court. The goal here is to bog the administration down and run out the clock.
If a district judge in WA state can override an Executive Order on a Travel Ban, then leftist states can stop Congress.

What a disgusting pud Cuomo is.
To: matt04
Actually it’s the US Congress and now United States law. It is not a “GOP tax law”.
