Fully a quarter of illegals who are eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program can’t speak English at all — 46 percent can only speak it a little.
That’s according to a 2016 study from the Center for Immigration Studies, coming to light once again because President Donald Trump’s administration is due to end DACA this March. And you know what these findings mean, don’t you?
It’s not your imagination.
That’s a far cry from what amnesty types tell. Those who want open borders, all the time make it seem as if all immigrants are simply hardworking American wannabes, and those sneaking across the border, or bringing their minor-aged children across the border, are only on a mission to become good citizens of these United States.
Apparently, not.
It would seem step number one to becoming a citizen of a foreign nation would be to learn the new language, yes? Those who don’t would seem to be separating themselves in a crucial cultural way.
But the CIS study is not the most disturbing finding about the DACA crowd. The Congressional Budget Office just reported that almost one-fifth of illegals eligible for DACA would wind up taking food stamps within 10 years.
So not only are DACAs non-English speakers, failing to assimilate with U.S. society in this all-too-important manner. But they’re living off the taxpayer dime.
Nowhere but in America. Certainly not in Mexico, or points south of the border. For certain illegals, it seems, the American dream has little to do with America and much to do with handouts and entitlements.

So they can speak Spanish when they RETURN to Mexico. That’s good!

Deport. Assimilation is key. As Mr Savage States “Borders, language culture!” If they don’t know English, how will they be educated? Hiw will they get a job? Any illegal alien on welfare gets deported automatically.

If they claim to be here and attending school since childhood, how is it they don’t speak English? If there is any DACA agreement there should be extreme vetting.
To qualify for DACA they have to be a high school graduate, or have a GED, or have an honorable discharge from the military.
If they can’t speak English, its hard to imagine how they managed to qualify under those terms.
If they can’t speak English, then its hard to make the case that they have completely assimilated here and couldn’t return to their home country without great hardship. It makes sense in the case of someone who barely speaks Spanish and has no relatives in Mexico (for example). It makes less sense in the case of someone who has never assimilated here.
All they need to know English for is to be able to say “welfare”.
How did they conduct this study? I find it hard to believe that they talked to every dreamer and asked them to give a speech to find their English ability.
They speak English just as well as Jesse Jackson does.
You have to figure that if you get a 15 16 or 17 etc year old that has NEVER had any formal schooling, that putting them in a class full of 14 etc year olds is just creating a bad situation from the start.
Then add in that a ‘kid’ that has been a street urchin since he/she(of course mostly only see the hes) was 5 years old, they are years ‘older’ than the average American of the same age.
One would think it was a Government Program...oh yes...it is...
They don’t WANT to learn English!
And yet EVERY ONE OF THEM graduates high school as “valedictorian” if you believe the “mainstream media” fake news.

Stupid headline! It’s not the job of the DACA illegals to learn English. It’s the job of America to adapt to the DACA illegals. Spanish signs in every store, Spanish labels on every product...that sort of thing.
That’s what my liberal acquaintances tell me, anyway.
This. They are superior to us in every way. Their dreams are even more important than ours.
The only thing the dems care about is that they recognize the “D” on election ballots...
We are told the DREAMERS are the very type of immigrants we want. We are told they are the best of the best. We are told except for a piece of paper, they are Americans.
Good Lord. What’s load of BS they are trying to sell us.
