These are facts. The only fact you mentioned was that Prohibition occurred during the depression, and that one wasn't entirely accurate either because it ignored the fact that it also occurred during the "roaring twenties" which was an era of amazing economic growth.
The rest of the stuff you mention isn't "facts", it's just your opinion.
