As the crow flies, Sterling is rather close to the Potomac River. Pretty much a hop, skip and jump. And it’s in the same county Levin speaks of living in. But it’s not likely he’s in Sterling, more likely one of the more upscale Loudoun communities.

Right on! The river might even be a mile or two away from the geographic center of Sterling.

(Where would FR be without so many great experts?)
