Friday on Rush Limbaugh’s nationally syndicated radio show, conservative commentator Mark Steyn filling in for Limbaugh argued that there was much hanging in the balance for President Donald Trump regarding his immigration policy.
Steyn credited Trump’s bold stand on immigration for getting him elected but said that presidency would “stand or fall” on how he handles immigration.
“[T]here’s a lobby — there’s lobbies for everything in this country,” Steyn said. “And there’s a strong lobby for illegal immigration. There’s a strong lobby for refugees, which again is a completely fraudulent operation by and large. Trump won because a significant were serious about building a wall, about ending illegal immigration and about doing something about people who walk into this country illegally, stay here illegally, take jobs illegally, get driver’s licenses illegally, use Social Security numbers illegally. And at some point … I would have liked him to hold the inauguration ceremony on the southern border and for it to culminate after the oath of office with him ceremonial laying the brick in the wall. But in the end, his presidency will stand or fall on how he tackles immigration.”

Illegals are flooding in and they get more tax cuts than citizens.
Accepting more bogus political "refugees" and allowing Obama's illegal darlings to stay signals that 1. we aren't really serious about controlling our own borders. and, 2. that the world is entitled to live here if they can sneak in or overstay and avoid detection.
Yes, the prez should sprinkle fairy-dust all over the southwest and the Wall will magically appear without the Congress and the bureaucratic swamp.
For those with common sense, we have patience and a belief in the president.
I don’t think this is true at all. A robust, growing economy will overshadow everything else, as it always has.
Sorry Mark, I know you’ve got to say controversial crap to make the show interesting but you know better.
One of the saddest things that happened in the primary race is that the media focused on all the Republican candidates instead of just a few, which splintered the base.
There were just as many dem candidates but the supportive media did not focus on them.
Republicans let the media screw them again and again.
So glad for Trump!

Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell are Cheap Labor Express stooges who don’t want the Cheap Labor Express to stop running.
We either really secure the border and enforce the laws or we lose the country.
We can’t wait.
A robust growing economy will not cover a bad amnesty deal.
Immigration will make or break America, that’s for sure.
And no H1-B workers! Get rid of them all!
Need to get his daughter and son-in-law out of DC, and send them back to NYC to tend to their own business.
