DOJ must table McCabe’s retirement. Keep him on. He cannot be allowed, like Lois Lerner, to fade away in quiet and luxurious retirement.
No. He has too much power in position. I remember when Trump first took office, people were asking, "Why is McCabe still in his position. Why doesn't Trump fire him?"
Well, guess what. He's drained now. As we wanted.
He can still be got as he sits at home spending his ill gotten gains. And now we can replace him with an American.

Those aren’t the only two options - luxurious retirement or keeping him employed. There is trial for treason and incarceration and loss of all pension that his family might benefit from.
And there’s a small chance Lerner could have to face the music if Sessions weren’t in a coma.
They can put a freeze on his benefits but still get his azz outa there. Truth be told, I think he has already been ‘reassigned’ to a desk with no power, no paper, etc.
