The server has never been turned over to the FBI, but it has been in the hands of the dRats and their cronies ever since. Since there is proof that Hillary, the DNC, and the Russians have been colluding to destroy President Trump, any competent IT person could place that file there at any time and make it look like it came at the same time as the hack (even if there never was a hack).
Exactly. Any old timestamp can be put on a file. It wouldn’t jive with the data on backup or archives (presuming they exist), but when the purpose is deception and not truth, this sort of false flag would be “good enough”. Most of the public and virtually all of the press, couldn’t tell a server from a submarine sandwich so talking about faked timestamps will just MEGO.

Thus the need to always be conscious that you need to keep important information secure (e.g., avoid phishing scams; keep your passwords secure; don’t keep government data on your private server in your bathroom; don’t hire Islamic Nationals to run your IT network; don’t outsource private data files to ChiCom companies; etc)...
I’d ignore the ‘Russians’ (they are just doing what we should expect) and go after our Government slobs that opened the doors to easy data theft.

You don’t have to convince me that the DNC is corrupt as hell. How much money did Hillary get from Saudi Arabia? How much did Obama get from terrorist groups like Hamas? He paid them back, however, almost a billion dollars right after he was elected (in a shady deal through the U.N.). They’re in bed with the devil, but the voters refuse to see it.

I think so, too, but probably very minimally. We, as wonks, have been extremely focused on the emails and similar so we assume everyone was. I’ll bet 85% of voters never knew a thing about them. And the lefties who were in the loop are such zealots that they wouldn’t care.
Well gosh, a Russian criminal held in a Russian jail for hacking and looting Russian banks of millions, completely at the mercy and control of the FSB, with no way to communicate anything his masters don’t approve of, is someone we can trust completely. No need to verify his story since the charges are serious. He also dated Roy Moore during his teen years, and has a signed yearbook to prove it. Mueller better get his affidavit before he is elected President of Russia.

That Mueller hasn't examined the server is a tell: Mueller is ignoring the server because he knows the Russians had nothing to do with the alleged DNC hack.
You'll know if this Russian clown has even iota of credibility if suddenly Mueller wants to talk to him.
Also, notice what this Russian guy is NOT saying: that he himself, or that he knew of any connection between his alleged DNC operation and anyone connected with the Trump campaign.
Well, if the government had access to the servers, and could guarantee they aren't now being meddled with. Part of the whole issue was the DNC never actually letting them be examined by law enforcement.
