Breitbart executive chairman Steve Bannon has cut ties with Paul Nehlen, the far-right activist who is challenging Paul Ryan for his congressional seat and who has received extremely favorable coverage from Breitbart in the past.
"Nehlen is dead to us," said Arthur Schwartz, an adviser of Bannon's who is familiar with the former White House chief strategist's thinking.
Nehlen, who became a lightning rod for his anti-immigrant views, has escalated his rhetoric in recent days with a number of incendiary tweets.
In one tweet, Nehlen proudly revealed that he is reading "The Culture of Critique," a book about Jewish culture widely considered to be anti-semitic. In other tweets, he has used the "#ItsOkayToBeWhite" hashtag.
The inflammatory online activity has drawn fierce scrutiny from Nehlen's critics, and beckoned the question whether Breitbart, which previously published highly supportive coverage of his candidacy, still supported him.
When Nehlen challenged Ryan during the 2016 Republican primary, Breitbart dispatched Mathew Boyle, one of its top writers, to Wisconsin. Throughout the race, Boyle taunted Ryan on the campaign trail with outlandishly negative stories while simultaneously writing positive articles about Nehlen. Ryan ultimately walloped Nehlen by a margin of 84% to 16%.

But Breitbart and Bannon, a former White House chief strategist, have recently moved to distance themselves from him.
Nehlen, who previously published material on Breitbart, has seen his author page scrubbed entirely from the far-right website. Moreover, Joel Pollak, a senior editor at Breitbart, publicly denounced Nehlen on Twitter.
"We don't support him," Pollak tweeted late Tuesday night, adding that Nehlen had "disqualified" himself. As of Wednesday afternoon, Breitbart had not denounced Nehlen on its website. A Google search returned no articles this week about Nehlen's latest tweets or statements.

Soros is a Jew who gladly and willingly worked for the Nazis so he could make a profit.
He said in an interview he’d do it again.
So, not really a Jew-Jew, I guess.
Ah, the word profit to a Semite, is a virtue unsurpassed.
And since it was a response to a specific article one might go read the article

Revelation 3:9
“Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.”
That totally went over my head.
You’re still incoherent. “It” was a response? “It” is a pronoun.
What article? The CNN smear job? No thanks.
Here’s a little thought experiment for you:
A green-eyed, red-bearded Scotsman beats an Englishman in the street Thats exactly what the headline will read.
If a black man is the assailant, An downtrodden minority rebels against his oppressor.
Should a mussleman attempt the same, it would be reported as a cultural misunderstanding involving an Asian youth.
If the assailant is a Jew the detail might not be reported at all. If it were, the reporter, the victim, and the reader would all be labeled anti-Semites and the majority of FReepers would align to denounce the victim and the reporter as KKK neo-nazi scum.
I support Israel, and the Jewish people. Though not Jewish myself, I do claim kinship; as my Father is Jesus of Nazereth, reportedly a Jew.
Im also quite cautious of the belief that if one is attacked by (leftist) Jews, that identifying the attackers as such is inherently anti-Semitic. Are we all to believe that Leftist Jews are simply incapable of ever doing anything wrong or underhanded?
Are they incapable of instigating; or have we others been rendered incapable of telling the truth?
Yes, Nehlen said some things inartfully But he hasnt said that he hates Jews, denies the Holacaust, espouses Nazi political positions, or endorses racism. Those are just lies told by leftists, CNN, and FReepers.
What you see happening here, is the result of success against Roy Moore... Only instead of Paedophilia, Nehlen is accused of anti-Semitism; and like the unsubstantiated accusations against Moore, this will work. It’s already working. You can see it in this thread.
It’s not whether he’s guilty or not, it’s the seriousness of the charges.
No, it last elected a Dem (Peter Barca, now the WI Assembly Minority Leader) in a special 1993 election, which he lost the next year to Ryan’s GOP predecessor, Mark Neumann. It hasn’t been a reliably Dem House district since Barca’s predecessor, Les Aspin, held it from 1971-93 (and Clinton made him Defense Secretary). It’s drawn to elect a Republican.
There’s just 2 (out of 8) reliably Dem seats in WI: the ones centered in “Madistan” (2nd) and Milwaukee (4th). They also hold the 3rd district in Western WI, but it is competitive for the GOP and if the incumbent (Ron Kind) retires, will come back.
Simple fact tends to be (and this generally holds nationally with a few exceptions) that the Dems carry the urban areas while the GOP holds the suburban and rural areas (excluding Black and some Hispanic rural/suburban areas).
Let’s face it - the term anti-semitism, like every other “ism,” is simply a verbal creation of the Left, designed to stifle thought rather than promote it.
If people don’t want you to think, read, or ask certain things, and use the accusation of “anti-semitism” to try to enforce that, then it’s good policy to ask yourself why.
But that doesn't mean that racism and antisemitism aren't real some times Because they are. And when it's real (and not just a tactic to use against us) we need to stand against it too - - firmly and without giving an inch. If this guy's an antisemite and a real racist, he should "be dead" to all of us.
Bannon? I don’t think so.
Please refresh my memory here. Last time we were here I was talking about Soros, the race hustling criminal Semite.
Oh FU. Ryan is a POS Establishment hack. Like you are.
The Free Republic globalist Establishment slime balls are out in force. You are proof.
Apparently is is ok for some that a Democrat like Ryan to pretend to be a Republican. FOAD.
Boy another status quo asswipe speaks.
So what if it is true? That doesn't excuse, Ryano the Democrat in Republican clothes.
That’s what the said about Eric Canter you idiot.
OMG
Gee, Nehlen was primaring a Democrat is suicide? FOAD.
