“Despite the additional number of guns what made them most effective was the proximity fuze.”
Apparently the Brits hate guns so much they don’t even want the military to have them.
Maybe the sailors will run around the decks declaring them “no gun zones” while under attack.
Look guys, there’s a lot of damp marine air around these ships most of the time. A little warping is to be expected.
But that’s what ENGINEERING is for. To take into account the stresses that occur on an object being designed and then accounting for them...so you don’t get results like this UK disaster.
That’s a reasoned point, but look at that ship we have put in the water that has no ammunition that works with it’s armaments.

Okay Britian, we take it all back. LOL
Naa...as long as they keep yelling “Shut up, arsehole, he’s not a Muslim” when there was that Muslim running around with a machete attacking everyone in London...I’ll withhold my apologies.
At least we (now, at least) have leadership not afraid to call a spade a spade...unlike the UK.
Yes, we’re better off now, but then under Obama I’d venture we were worse.
Wait until everything is revealed about Obama with regard to Hezbollah.
I know, very long shot. At least we will know.
