Rhyan Moody, a 14-year-old high school freshman from Colleyville, Texas, was killed when an illegal alien, apparently intoxicated, allegedly smashed an SUV into the car she was traveling in with her grandparents on Thanksgiving night, Nov. 23. Moody was in the back seat and died from blunt force trauma to her head. Her grandparents suffered numerous broken bones and are recovering.
Needless to say, if the illegal alien had not been in this country, Moody would be alive today.
Jose Victor Chaparro-Saenz, 38, was arrested in his vehicle not far from the accident. Alcohol was found in the vehicle and Chaparro-Saenz reportedly appeared intoxicated. He was charged with manslaughter, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest, according to FOX4 Dallas.
While in jail, an immigration detainer was placed on Chaparro-Saenz by ICE. According to Fox News.com, the illegal alien had been "previously caught illegally entering the U.S. in 1998 from Mexico." He voluntarily returned to Mexico at that time.

tyranny has no place in America.....Tyranny only comes when legal citizens are subjected to it. Invaders can NEVER be subjected to tyranny. Only in their own countries...What is your NEXT bunch of BS? Keep it to yourself, I’m done eviscerating you.
remember in 2018 those rhinos in the republican party that support immigration
I could see you telling the grieving parents, “Hes a human person ya know!”
Back in the day, someone caught red-handed as a killer was summarily executed, or within a week or so. We are so civilized now that the killers either a) are acquitted b) never charged c) deported with nothing in place to prevent future illegal entries or d) 3 hots and a cot for an indeterminate time. And, sometimes, they even get to sue for “damages”! Not quite justice in a cold-blooded murder. And, yes, killing someone when you are willfully drunk, is murder. But, I guess illegals and terrorists don’t understand their actions are wrong so, we need to coddle them. Blech.
jmho
That was called "lynching". It was never a good idea. It's indistinguishable from murder.
or within a week or so.
That was called a speedy trial.
But, I guess illegals and terrorists dont understand their actions are wrong so, we need to coddle them.
That's where the leftists have gone wrong.
Those of us who actually remember the horrors of the XX Century know that even the war criminals of the Third Reich and the Japanese Empire, men who had committed mass murder and mass torture on an epic scale, received fair trials before they were hanged. Why? So the world would know what they had done, and so we would not become what we had just fought to destroy. You throw away the rule of law at your own peril. You declare people to be mere animals, subhuman, unpersons, at your own peril. A Total State, in which the armed agents of the government can declare someone else an "unperson", and summarily kill that "unperson", can do the same to YOU.
I was referring to horse thieves, murderers, bank robbers etc. in the Old West. Not the lynching of blacks. If a judge was in town, the trial and execution could be done in a day. I did say when someone was caught red-handed ie; irrefutably guilty. When someone was involved in criminal activity, they knew the possible consequences. Now, they can pretty much count on a liberal jury and judge. Just say “I didn’t mean to” or “I didn’t know it was wrong” and the blatant law breakers will get a hug and a kiss for good luck and, possibly, even a nice check. Yeah, that is a good deterrent.
I agree to disagree.
I do not condone capital punishment unless it is an absolutely proven case. I also do not condone taking decades to mete out the punishment.
1) Lynching was not exclusive to blacks. Spare me the race card.
2) If it involved a judge and a trial with witnesses and a jury it was, by definition, NOT a summary execution. It might have been a “kangaroo court”, but that’s a separate problem. Your hypothetical “liberal judge and jury” are the opposite problem.
3) Unless you actually favor any of the following:
a) “bleeding heart” judges and juries
b) “kangaroo courts”
c) summary executions
d) cops acting as judge, jury, and executioner
I’m not sure what you’re agreeing to disagree with.
